No matter what I am trying to achieve - be that fitness goals, becoming more confident, feeling more capable, or anything else - I always start with movement.

Moving in an intentional way brings me back into my true self & leaves me feeling ready to take on any challenge.  My true passion was found over a decade ago on the Big Island of Hawaii when I discovered Buddhi Yoga for the first time, & I have been shaking it ever since, seeing lasting changes physically, mentally, and emotionally.

The following classes and programs provide you with many different movement methodologies, heavily yoga (& Buddhi) based, so that you can start moving TODAY, so that you can feel real changes in no time.

A Beginner's Guide to Buddhi

Buddhi classes are fast-paced & an experience in & of themselves.  This beginner's program is designed to slow things down a bit, explaining how to perform some of the iconic moves of the practice, as well as safety & alignment for the various poses and movements.  Of course beginner practices are also included! Build your confidence and strength in a safe way that will build a sustainable, long-term practice.

Self-paced and fully on your own schedule, from the comfort of your home.  All you need is a mat.

Ideal for beginners to the practice wanting a slower-paced practice & in-depth guidance.

On-Demand Buddhi Classes

With a library of over 150+ recorded classes & filmed practices, each ranging from 30-90 minutes, you are sure to quickly fall in love with this practice & everything it brings into your life.  New classes are added on a regular basis, and options exist to buy individual classes or a monthly subscription.

Certify As A Buddhi Instructor (Online)

100-Hour Buddhi Training Program

A one-of-a-kind program that teaches you everything you need to know to share this transformative practice with others, or simply to delve deeper into the practice for your own knowledge.

Self-paced and fully on your own schedule, from the comfort of your home.  Upon completion, students have the option to submit a final practice video to receive their certificate.

Program is eligible for 100 hours of Continuous Education Credits for registered yoga teachers with the Yoga Alliance.

On-Demand Mixed-Methodology Classes

A library of pre-recorded practices of various methodologies encompassing Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Pilates, and light-weight strength training, all able to be practiced from your home. New classes are added on a regular basis, and options exist to buy individual classes or a monthly subscription.
