Movement has been a huge part of my life for almost two decades, though it wasn't always that way. I used to be the girl who stood on the edge of the soccer field in gym class hoping no one would kick the ball my way, & I struggled with getting myself to exercise in any sort of way.
That all changed when I found Buddhi Yoga, & it has been my passion ever since. I took my first training to become an instructor in 2016. Since my first class, I have taught all over the world - including in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, Malta, Romania, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, & more.
I have since certified in other styles of yoga, taught at multiple teacher trainings, & am currently registered with the Yoga Alliance as a YACEP, E-RYT200, RYT500. I have created my own training programs & continue to both teach classes & certify instructors worldwide in-person & online.
Through all of my teaching across countries, cultures, languages, religions, & nationalities, I noticed that, regardless of all of these "differences," the women I taught had certain similarities.
Many struggled with confidence, with body-image issues, & with not knowing their inherent worth & value. These women did not know their true power - yet, for the length of a practice, they found it on their mat. They rose to the challenge, found their confidence, strength, capability, & willpower, & felt a love & appreciation for their body they hadn't experienced before.
Still, I was encouraged to find a way to create the same effect off of the mat. This inspired me to start developing a method, incorporating the Buddhi Yoga practice, to work with women in order to help them become the best version of themselves. Disciplined, confident, strong, believing in their capability, pursuing their goals, & holding themselves accountable to everything they want to accomplish.
I now coach women using my unique method combining movement, healthy habits, & mindset, & help them build the life that they are seeking. It has been my biggest honor and joy to see my clients all over the world finally making a move in the direction of their dreams.
