I developed a 3-step pyramid method that I use, both with myself & with my clients, to light a fire under that booty & build a strong foundation for pursuing any goal you may have. This method ensures that you are able to see lasting change in your perspective & how you approach your life.
My method begins with intentional physical movement, ensuring that you feel your best in order to develop your confidence, strength, & belief in your own capability. We then build healthy habits, using behavioral psychology & techniques based in neuroscience, so that you continue on your path even when your motivation wanes. Finally, we work with your mindset, as this often-overlooked area plays an important role not only in how you see yourself & what you feel you're capable of, but also in your chances of success in the long-term.
