You want to finally feel good in that bikini but you hate the gym and have found failure after failure with each new restrictive diet.
You don't want to try one more trendy method that leaves you motivated for a month and back in the same spot in no time at all, with no foundation to move forward.
You don't want to count more reps of a boring workout or track calories in a meal planner anymore.
Honestly, what you want is to finally feel like the habits you are trying to implement are just a natural part of your lifestyle.
That you are getting to enjoy all of the things you love in life - without restricting yourself - while still loving the way you feel and look.
That you look forward to moving your body, and that consistency and discipline are a breeze.
And this is totally possible for you.
I used to think that the only way to feel confident in the way my body felt and looked would be to spend hours in the gym every day and track every individual calorie I ate.
But the reality is different.
Picture a setting where you love your workouts, and you incorporate regular movement into your lifestyle. You eat intuitively, making healthy choices naturally, and don't feel restricted - still getting to indulge in the foods you love. You easily implement and stick to new habits to steer the course of your life in the direction you want to go. You are known for your discipline, consistency, and willpower.
This is what happens when you learn a structured method to behavioral and lifestyle change incorporating fun movement that celebrates your body instead of punishing it.
Going clothes shopping for your next vacation and actually looking forward to the experience. Trying on multiple outfits and loving each one more than the last. Talking and laughing with your girlfriends as you shop, careless and unbothered. You feel confident about the way you look, and you love what you see when you look in the mirror.
You arrive in paradise. A tropical destination, turquoise water, a sandy beach. What used to send you straight into anxiety with the fear of looking like a beached whale now sends you straight into relaxation as your body isn't even a focus anymore. Not only have you noticed physical changes with your new lifestyle, you also feel stronger and more confident, no longer hiding behind baggy clothing or strategic posture. It's hard to imagine but you cannot believe that you are strutting your stuff on the beach without a care in the world.
This isn't a distant dream.
With some tweaks to your lifestyle & mindset, along with the support and accountability my private coaching program provides, you can finally feel good in your body.
You don't have to skip every plate of pasta or slice of chocolate cake.
You don't need to punish yourself for hours in the gym for what you ate that day.
You don't need to beg, cajole, and coerce yourself into moving your body.
You don't need to obsess over every choice and decision throughout your day.
You can finally adopt the habits you need to live a lifestyle where your choices come easily and are in alignment with your goals, where you feel capable and confident in any outfit you want to wear.
Are you ready to love the way you feel and look?
Working with not only your body but also your mindset to completely shift how you view nutrition, movement, & behavioral change is the key to leaving fad diets behind and finally kickstarting permanent lifestyle change.
Right now, you may be feeling uncertain about how to enact behavior change within yourself that will actually, finally, stick, especially after so many varied, failed attempts in the past...
Which I understand because I know how difficult rehauling your lifestyle choices and perspective can be, especially when you are trying to do so without any support.
This is exactly where MADAM comes in.
In this private coaching program, we explore together all of the tools and mindset considerations you need to live a carefree, confident life, loving your body and finding discipline effortless.
This is ALL possible. I'll show you how!
I have been in the health & fitness world for almost 15 years.
But before that, I HATED exercise.
Sure, I had different goals for my body at different times - whether that was a specific number on a scale, an outfit I wanted to wear, or a feeling I wanted to have about myself - and certainly tried many different diets and fitness programs over the years, only to give up or not continue once the program was finished or the shine had worn off.
It was only when I found a form of movement that I LOVED that I really started to look forward to movement.
I still remember the first time I jumped out of bed excitedly at 6:00 AM to head to a class - no need for the snooze button or 5 rounds of negotiations. It was a moment of disbelief.
As time went on, this consistent movement began to change not only my body, but also my mindset, how I showed up in my life, my choices and actions - really just in every way.
Through my later work as a yoga teacher & trainer, I continued researching, studying, and working with movement. I have had the privilege of teaching all over the world - including in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, Cyprus, Malta, Romania, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and more.
Through all of my teaching across countries, cultures, languages, religions, and nationalities, I noticed that, regardless of all of these "differences," the women I taught had certain similarities.
Many struggled with confidence, with body-image issues, & with not knowing their inherent worth & value. Many expressed an interest to change certain behaviors in their lives, but somehow kept failing in the attempt. These women did not know their true power - yet, for the length of a practice, they found it on their mat. They rose to the challenge, found their confidence, strength, capability, and willpower, and felt a love & appreciation for their body they hadn't experienced before.
Still, I was encouraged to find a way to create the same effect off of the mat. This inspired me to start developing a method, incorporating my movement practice, to work with women in order to help them become the best version of themselves - disciplined, confident, strong, believing in their capability, pursuing their goals, & holding themselves accountable to everything they want to accomplish, while loving themselves in every way, every step of the way.
As a result, I now coach women who are tired of counting reps and calories & who want to permanently change their bodies, lifestyles, and mindsets using my unique method.
If you feel that you are ready for more, join me on this journey to implementing healthy habits with ease, finding discipline effortless, and loving your body and yourself with confidence.
An onboarding call, ten calls teaching you the MADAM method + providing accountability, support, and course correction, and an exit call to send you on your way. These calls are completely tailored to your needs and goals.
For support between the calls, you have access to a private Slack (Voxer?) channel during your time in the program to ask any questions you may have, to hold yourself accountable, or to get that extra bit of motivation you may be needing.
The knowledge, tools, and skills you gain from this method will change the way you view movement, discipline, and mindset. You gain a solid foundation allowing you to successfully move forward on your own after the program.
The foundation of the MADAM method is movement and you will get started right away. No reps! Just fun, challenging movement you will look forward to. Access during the length of the program.
No fad diets or counting calories. Just simple, manageable changes you can make to your nutrition that have BIG changes.
You will receive homework between the calls to encourage self-reflection, keep you motivated and on track, and help you get to the root of your desired behavioral change.
What's measured gets managed, and being disciplined becomes a breeze once you have the proper tools to manage your habits and routines.
When you join, you will receive an email from me with some pre-onboarding material, including a questionnaire, so that I can get to know you and your situation a little bit better before our first call. This email will also include a link to my calendar so that you can find a convenient time for our first onboarding call. From there, we will officially meet, discuss you and your situation, go over the program, and together make a plan for your goals for your time in the program.
Behavioral change ultimately lies with the person changing the behavior, and no coach can guarantee results. That being said, this program is designed to give you all of the knowledge, skills, tools, and mindset required to enact lasting behavioral change, specifically in the area of health & wellness. It also provides the necessary support and accountability needed throughout the program to set each client up for success. The focus is on a permanent lifestyle and perspective change over quick results that fade when the program ends.
